Terror in Tredyffrin: Gunpoint Home Invasion
The search is on for at least four masked gunmen in a violent home invasion Thursday night.
Tredyffrin Police say a Berwyn man and his wife were tied up and robbed at gunpoint Thursday night (January 31) inside their Berwyn home. The man was then forced into his own car by three or four masked gunmen and forced to go to the jewelry store he owns in East Norriton (Norristown) where police say the kidnappers then robbed the store, Shuler's Jewelers. According to Tredyffrin Township Police: On Thursday, January 31st, 2013 at 8:28 PM., Tredyffrin Twp. Police officers responded to a “911” call on the 200 block of Wooded Way, in the Berwyn section of Tredyffrin , for a reported home invasion robbery and kidnapping.
