A Wayne office building has become a construction site.
One of the former Valley Forge Office Center buildings on Swedesford Road has become a construction site. The work is less visible from Swedesford Road, but motorists can see it all from the Swedesford Road exit off Route 422. Trophy-class office space coming Two buildings at the site are being renovated and rebranded as CrossPoint at Valley Forge, according to the leasing agent, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. This was approved by the planning commission some time ago. Thought they'd never start. Guess they had to wait until all the leases terminated. Should be an improvement to the Swedesford Road corridor. more ›
