The area of precipitation is expected to move off the coast on Monday night. Temperatures are expected to be mainly in the mid 30s. Sunday could have some freezing rain.
We managed to escape the brunt of the storm. Saturday is expected to be cloudy and windy with gusts as high as 36mph, according the the National Weather Service. The snow should clear our early, according to NBC 10’s Glenn “Hurricane” Schwartz. The Sunday forecast is sunny with a high of 37, but Sunday night and into Monday morning, there is a chance of freezing rain after 1 a.m., according to the NWS.

AAA reports nearly double the number of emergency calls as last year.
You aren’t the only one feeling the cold. Your car is too. AAA Mid-Atlantic reported that on Tuesday it responded to nearly double the number of battery calls it had on the same day last year. Batteries are the biggest reason motorist call during a cold spell, according to AAA. “When temperatures plummet, automotive failures skyrocket.
