A 13-year-old girl, who had been missing since around 4 p.m. Monday afternoon, has been found by U.S. Marshals in Washington, D.C.. The young Radnor teen was found with 20-year-old Ashley Ryan Hareford, who Radnor Police said met MacMullett online and traveled to Pennsylvania from Virginia. Hareford was taken into custody by authorities in D.C. as the two stepped off a bus from Philadelphia. The girl's father talked to reporters Tuesday night after police briefed the media on new and emerging details on the case. The 13-year-old went missing Monday afternoon.

A 13-year-old Garrett Hill girl, who went missing Monday afternoon, was found by U.S. Marshals in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday. With her was Ashley Ryan Hareford, 20, who Radnor Police said met the girl online and traveled to Pennsylvania from Virginia. Radnor Township received an anonymous tip that the pair were arriving on a Mega Bus in Washington, D.C. around 7 p.m. Tuesday. Hareford was taken into custody without incident, said Lt. The Radnor Police Department has issued a missing person alert for a 13-year-old-girl who is missing from her Upper Main Line home. The teenager was last seen at 4 p.m. Monday in the Garrett Hill Section of Radnor Township. According to police she was wearing blue jeans, a black North Face jacket and black sneakers which had pink highlights stating "Osiris". Police say she may be in the company of a Ashley Ryan Hareford, a 20-year-old male. Ashley Hareford is currently wanted on the charge of Corruption of Minors. Police say a 76 year was planning a kidnapping for ransom, using a taser.
Police say it was a Wayne parking ticket that was John Felder’s demise. Police the 76-year-old attempted and failed in his own plot to use a taser to kidnap a Villanova resident for ransom. A quick thinking shop owner and a video surveillance system helped catch a man allegedly in the act of stealing animal charity donation cans on Monday, Oct. 1. Gerri Whetstone, owner of the Garden Shoppe at the corner of Lancaster Avenue and Sugartown Road in Strafford, told Radnor Patch that when she came into her store on Monday afternoon she immediately noticed that the donation collection can that is always by the cash register was gone. Two other canisters had been stolen over the summer; the second theft inspired Whetstone to buy a surveillance system in the store. She reviewed the tape and saw that about 20 minutes prior, at about 4 p.m., a man had taken the can, which was collecting donations for The Spayed Club, non-profit …

The car had been valet parked, and the keys were inside.
A car was stolen from the rear parking lot of Ristorante Primavera in Wayne on Friday, Aug. 24 around 8:30 p.m. According to a police report, a 2011 Honda Accord was parked by the valet in the back parking lot of the restaurant. The key was left inside of it. According to the valet, any car in the back parking lot must exit past him because of there is no other way out. He told police he never saw the car leave; he said he went inside the restaurant once for a drink of water. Will this crime make you think twice about valet parking your car? Tell us in the comments.

Radnor Police responded to a tree, caught in wires, that blocked the intersection with Station Road Saturday afternoon.
A fallen tree blocked traffic on North Wayne Avenue Saturday afternoon. The tree, located at the northwest corner of the intersection with Station Road near Real Pizza, fell into the roadway, catching utility wires on its way down. The traffic lights continued to work, but the road was impassable. Radnor Police responded to the scene.

Police say he altered and then re-posted images from four teen girls' Facebook pages.
19-year-old Neil Geckle of Wayne is facing charges of child pornography after police say he took images of four girls from their respective Facebook pages, altered them in a sexually graphic way, and reposted them online. The Internet Crimes Against Children section of the Delaware County District Attorney's Criminal Investigation Division joined the Radnor Township Police Department in filing the charges.
