Car Erupts in Flames in Chesterbrook
Scary moments as a gasoline line erupts while firefighters work to put out a car fire.
No one was injured, but Chesterbrook Boulevard had to be shut down for about 45 minutes at Valley Forge Road Saturday evening when a car fire erupted in a ball of flames in Chesterbrook. According to a report on the Berwyn Fire Company website, a gas line underneath the car ruptured as firefighters were working to extinguish flames in the engine compartment.
