Conestoga battles Upper Darby for the right to compete in the Central League Championship game this weekend.
Thursday was make-or-break night for the Conestoga High School Varsity Girls basketball team battling it out in the Central League semi-finals against the Upper Darby Royals. When the buzzer finally rang in th Marple-Newtown High gym , the Pioneers had earned a place in Saturday's championship game, defeating the Upper Darby Royals. Final Score: Conestoga 41 Upper Darby 37 The Lady Pioneers will take on Radnor Saturday night in the Central League Championship game at Marple-Newtown High School.
