athlete with our highly effective 60-minute workouts. Each class follows a thoughtful sequence for fast body shaping results and long-term postural benefits. Ultimate Barre will increase your body’s strength and flexibility. In this specially designed class we will target upper body, core, inner and outer thighs, hips, hamstrings and gluts using dance training moves.
