Women’s bodies change in many ways during pregnancy, and certain yoga practices can be beneficial during this special and exciting time of change. Prenatal yoga practice allows you to bond with your baby during pregnancy, as well as connect with a wonderful community of expecting moms right in your own neighborhood. Give yourself the opportunity to have the best pregnancy and delivery by focusing your mind and developing strength and flexibility.
The Prenatal class is especially designed to support women throughout their pregnancies. Women in all three trimesters can benefit from this safe, gentle yoga class.
