They seem happy in their mug shots. The police need to take a page from Frank Rizzo when placing pieces of crap like this under arrest. I hope this is not pled down to disorderly conduct by the court appointed lawyers WE are paying for.

crap..you need to watch your wording these boys come from good upstanding middle class families..u dont know what their struggles or reasoning is, or addictions or anythins else..watch what you say..yes they are wrong but they are human beings just like you and I
Shawn Malone January 23, 2013 at 04:37 PM
Crap was a mild description for these criminals. You just don't get it, for that I only have pity for you.
justwondering January 23, 2013 at 07:25 PM
Good upstanding families? Addictions or struggles? Who gives a crap about their struggles....I do not. They failed to show the least amount of kindness to their victims and you are worried about them? Shame on you, Pam. This is not about class, or race or anything else. It is about men behaving badly and breaking the law and showing absolutely no regard for the safety of others. Save me your story about addiction......Plenty of us struggle with addiction every day - and we do not rob our neighbors.

Interesting how this article is missing the same kind of responses the other burglary suspects got. Makes you wonder... http://te.patch.com/articles/two-suspects-arrested-in-string-of-burglaries

Now comes the race card, when all else fails.... A criminal is a criminal, the meth head burglars are crap humans just like the home invaders. I just found Patch today, or I would have commented on the burglars when their article first appeared.

I'm not referencing your posts, I just find it interesting that several posters who posted multiple times in that article haven't yet posted in this one. Also interesting that the actual armed home invasion didn't make the news when it happened. If this happened in any other section of Tredyffrin other than the West Central or Mt. Pleasant neighborhoods, it would have been one of the top stories on the local news the next day.

cast14: According to police this was a targeted home invasion, meaning the police believe the suspects knew the victims and targeted them for the alleged robbery. It happened at 3 a.m. and had police informed the news media about it at the time it would have been all over the news. While I do not know exactly what was behind the delay in releasing the information in this case, it is not uncommon for police departments all over the country to hold off on releasing information if there is a reason related to evidence or the search for a suspect. Again, I don't have specifics about the timing of the release of information but I will see if I can get an answer for you.

The meth head burglars....one is in prison in either Delaware or Montgomery county. I guess his family thought putting it on the other kid was good enough. Now he's in jail for additional robberies in another county. I think that the other went through an extensive and demanding drug rehab and has a job and is turning it around, not living around here as far as I know. Such a forgiving community. Drug seeking behavior. If you don't address the drug component, you are wasting your time. The courts have done zero as far as I can tell. Note that Dante Alston turned himself accompanied by his parents. 31 is 9 years older than 22.....so perhaps it's not race, it's age. Regardless, we have people robbing girl scouts at the Pathmark. And yet we fill an auditorium to address ways to make our schools safer. How about caring about our kids more? What goes around, comes around. Be careful about tossing that first stone. I hope these 3 men find the resources and strength to pull it together. It costs more to incarcerate them than to help them to begin with. Why aren't our schools open until 7:00 every day for kids of working parents?
