The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Wednesday declined to hear Jerry Sandusky's appeal.

Sandusky, who is serving 30 to 60 years in state prison after being convicted in June 2012 of 45 out of 48 counts of child sex abuse, had asked the court to review his case, saying that his attorney's weren't given adequate time to prepare for trial.

Sandusky, 70, also claimed that jurors were given improper instructions, The Philadelphia Inquirer reported.

Sandusky has long maintained his innocence. His wife, Dottie, recently appeared on the Today show to staunchly defend her husband.

Penn State's longtime football coach, Joe Paterno, was fired when Sandusky's crimes came to light, and former school president Graham Spanier is among several former school officials who have been charged with knowing about and covering up Sandusky's crimes.

Hey K Mc. And N.J. come out from under the bubble. Slick Willy had numerous affairs before and during his presidency. It wasn't so much what the Hildabeast did but what she didn't do about his "activities" that makes people see her as a weak leader. Now don't get me wrong. What Jerry Scumdusky did was much much worse but like the Beast , Dottie "know nothing" turned a blind eye and a Def ear.

K Mc....so what you are saying is that Hillary was/is stupid enough to believe in a vast right wing conspiracy when practically everyone else knew that Bill had oral sex with 'that woman'. You were about as right, er left, as Hillary when it comes to betting where I moved....

John, you're whack to compare adults having affairs to an elderly man raping kids. You need serious help. And GoAway, I don't give a crap about what happens between 2 consenting adults -- and I certainly don't care about someone else's marriage and what they're willing to accept or not accept about their spouse. Why do you?

Is it possible for "adults" to have a dialogue even with different opinions without calling names...??? How old are you name callers? Sandusky was a very ill and evil man. Corbett helped him to the boys.. Vote him out of office.. Keep Sandusky in prison..

Too bad he didnt get death... Well, actually it is.. He will get his ass beat.. Even In p.c.. Unless they have him in the hole... Any way, disclaimer( I in NO way support him) However... Isnt he entitled to an appeal of his sentence ? Isnt that a right ?
