T&E Care Seeks Clothing Donations

Donations of new or gently used clothes can be dropped off at a number of places around town.

The following was provided to Patch:

T&E Care, a local non-profit that gives assistance to area families struggling with emergencies or special circumstances, is looking for donations of new or gently used clothing for infants through teens for its upcoming Kids Clothing Grab Bag.

Items can be dropped off anytime between March 13 to 21 at any of the local Tredyffrin/Easttown School District schools; Play It Again Sports in Berwyn;  Doctor’s Best Immediate Care in Berwyn, or Club La Maison in Wayne.

Please only drop items off when the schools/businesses are open.

Clothing for all seasons, plus good quality shoes, boots, coats, belts or other accessories will be accepted. No adult clothing, toys, baby supplies, or torn or dirty clothes will be accepted.

Be sure to also mark your calendars for the Grab Bag itself, March 28 (2 to 6 p.m.) or March 29 (9 a.m. to noon) at St. Matthew’s United Methodist Church on Walker Road.

This fundraiser for T&E Care is a great chance for everyone to restock your kids’ closets with great quality clothes.  A suggested donation of $5 per bag is appreciated.
