Join us before or after your yoga practice for this 30-minute introduction to our fun and effective aeroSling Fitness Training classes.
This class will give you a sneak peek at how including a weekly aeroSling class into your workout regime can change your body. Build strength and stability by using your own body weight and our aeroSling suspension system.
You will move through strength exercises, yoga poses, pilates exercises and more to increase overall body strength and stability around your joints.
Note: You are welcome to join us late or leave early based on your yoga class schedule.
