Join friends from the community for a weekly Hatha yoga program. This yoga class is geared for beginners who want to learn how to reduce stress and improve their sense of wellbeing. The focus is on poses that stretch, lengthen and strengthen the body’s structure. Balance, core strength and alignment are addressed through slow movements. No experience is necessary. Please bring a mat for floor work.
