Brunch is offered weekly from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and features traditional and contemporary, local and organic culinary dishes courtesy of Chef Matt Schuler.
The menu reflects ingredients sourced from the local farming community and stresses sustainable, naturally raised, organically grown and chemical-free.
Menu items include Ella's Chicken and Waffles (Southern Buttermilk Fried Lancaster County Boneless Breast, Apple Cheddar Waffle, Creamy Leek Gravy) $16; Old Fashioned Egg Sliders (Organic, Free-Range Egg Salad, Amish Potato Roll, Pickle & Chips) $7; and Iron Stone Farms Sirloin Burger (Cheddar, Bacon, Lettuce, Pickle, Mayonnaise, Pretzel Roll & Pub Fries) $12.
In addition to the a la carte items, Schuler will offer weekly brunch specials.
Sample offerings include Cinnamon Pecan Belgium Waffles (PA Organic Maple Syrup) $10; Organic Free-Range Omelette Du Jour (House-Made Sausage, Local Farmhouse Cheddar, Organic Spinach) $12; and Eggs Benedict Du Jour (House-Cured Gravlax, Poached Egg, Hollandaise Sauce) $16.
Guests can also try Ella's signature BLT Bloody Mary garnished with organic greens, tomato and bacon ($8).
