The Devon Horse Show and Country Fair is both a premier horse show and a great local fair, benefiting Bryn Mawr Hospital.
This year, two classes on the evening of Thursday, May 31 will be qualifying events for show jumpers hoping to represent the United States at the London Olympics.
But classes run from those pinnacle show jumping classes to lead line classes, family classes, four-in-hand driving classes (think stagecoach) and everything in between.
Beyond the competition in the ring, fair goers can enjoy the usual fair faire and special Devon favorites, such as lemon sticks and Devon fudge.
Shoppers will also enjoy the variety of boutique-type shops Devon attracts each year.
