The following was provided to Patch by Easttown Library:

On Thursday, May 29th at 7 p.m. Roger Arthur, historian, will speak about the 20th Century Europeans and the alliances, pacts and agreements which led them inextricably toward the brink of the worst war in the history of man. Arthur earned an M.A. in American History at West Chester University in 2003. His passion for history, and his desire to share it with others, continues to be a central motif of his life.
