Foundations is a perfect introduction to a safe yoga practice. It is highly recommended for seniors, those with physical limitations or those recovering from injury.
This non-heated, alignment based class provides every student with an optimal way to understand their bodies. Learn the principles of our therapeutic foundational poses that identify imbalances and promote healing. Move slowly and mindfully, dive deep into your poses and rest your mind. Open to all levels.
Beginners – This is your class.
Intermediate to Advanced - Experienced yoga students can benefit greatly from this slow-paced practice that allows time to explore the principles of alignment that, when properly executed, can rebalance your muscular-skeletal system.

More About Verge Yoga Center
At Verge Yoga Center, extensive programming is available for all levels from absolute beginners to advanced students. The Center provides community members with many options to practice several days per week. More than 100 weekly classes are offered, including non-heated foundations, invigorating heated stationary for all bodies as well as more challenging heated flow classes. Verge Yoga Center also provides yoga and meditation workshops and series including Brand New Beginner Yoga Series and Brand New Beginner Meditation Series.
