The National Weather Service has issued a heat advisory for all of Chester County, including Tredyffrin and Easttown, and most of the mid-Atlantic region until 10 p.m. Friday. The advisory warns the heat index could reach 105 degrees Friday afternoon, with the most intense temperatures coming between 1 and 6 p.m.. The advisory says the heat will not be as intense as last Friday afternoon when the heat index topped 110 degrees in parts of the area.
