Two big, free Fourth of July celebrations are planned for Tredyffrin Township and Easttown Township and there's tons more to do from the Upper Main Line to Independence Hall. Easttown's Annual Bike Parade and Picnic is scheduled to begin at 10:15 a.m. with registration in Johnson Park behind the Easttown Library and information Center. The following information comes from a release from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. State and local police, along with PennDOT, will take part in a national enforcement effort through July 8 targeting motorists who drive under the influence.
