Open and Closed on New Year's Day and Monday
Some local government offices are open, others are closed on Monday; check the list before you go.
New Year’s Day falls on a Sunday this year, so many of the area’s offices will already be closed. Some offices will be taking a holiday on Monday, January 2, and others won’t, so check the list below, before you go.
The Tredyffrin Township Municipal Building will be OPEN on Monday, January 2. The Easttown Township Municipal Building will be CLOSED on Monday, January 2. Chester County Municipal Services will be CLOSED on Monday, January 2.
The Tredyffrin Public Library and the Paoli Library will both be CLOSED on Sunday, January 1, but OPEN on Monday, January 2.
Tredyffrin Public Schools will be closed.
The US. Postal Service will be CLOSED on Monday, January 2, in observance of the New Year. There will be no mail delivery on Monday.
Citizens Bank and Wells Fargo Branches will be CLOSED on Monday, January 2.
King of Prussia Mall will be OPEN on Monday, January 2, and returning to its regular hours: 10am – 9pm.
