Jenkins Arboretum is gorgeous, but it's in the wrong category. According to their policy, which I copied from the website, picnics aren't permitted. To win: "Do not bring sports or game equipment, food, beverages or tobacco products into the Garden."

You are absolutely right. While Jenkins Arboretum has picnic tables out in the parking lot, you are not permitted to take picnics inside the beautiful grounds. Thanks for that very important clarification!
