Thieves Target More Cars in Tredyffrin

All the cases appear to have one thing in common.

Tredyffrin Police are investigating several new cases of thefts from vehicle and attempted teft from a vehicle.  In the first incident reports the cars are all reported unlocked.

In the second report it's unclear whether the vehicles were left unlocked or not but quick thinking by a neighbor may have made a difference.

The following police reports come from Tredyffrin Township Police:

Duh! Why would you leave your car unlocked? If you do, you deserve to be robbed. Think just because it's parked in front of your home or in the driveway, it won't be broken into? Don't be stupid - always LOCK YOUR CAR!!!

I think you have every right to believe a car in your driveway won't be broken into....but that doesn't mean leave it unlocked. And for the record, locking it means NOTHING....have you ever had AAA or the police open your car for you. 3 seconds.

So Libby, I guess if you were to walk down a city street alone a night you deserve to be assaulted or worse. Fool.
