Tredyffrin Senior Cited in Unusual Case
It's a police charge against a 74-year-old you don't see everyday.

This is the kind of item that jumps off the page in a weekly rundown of police incidents in Tredyffrin Township (or anywhere else). While the police incident report does not specify what happened, it was obviously enough to get someone to call the cops.
HARASSMENT
11/7/12 at 1447 hours – Old Forge Crossing in Devon. Evangeline Hartstein, 74, of Devon was issued a citation for Harassment after it was determined that she verbally harassed a maintenance employee of the complex.
