I think most of these are bogus. Merchants voting for themselves over and over and getting their customers to do the same. Nectar is loud, Fellini's has very rude waitstaff, Bravissimo best Italian, and EmJ's best cafe.

The only things I agree with are the diner and the picnic spot. All other selections are nonsense... Nectars... really? So many better choices for a romantic dinner.
