11/16/12 at 10:40 p.m.– Wilson Farm Park. Police charged Paul Orr, 53, of Paoli with multiple counts of Indecent Exposure after officers observed him exposing himself in his vehicle. It was determined that Mr. Orr was also the actor in other indecent exposure incidents that have been under investigation.
