No Word if the Man Came Back for his Arrow: According to a report from Roxborough Patch, an unknown male threw a rock and fired an arrow at a Stanley Steemer truck on 4600 Flatrock Road in Manayunk. Two employees told police a shirtless man with long blond hair wearing tan shorts and black boots threw a rock that cracked the windshield of an orange 2005 Ford work van. After they stopped the van, the man shot a 36-inch arrow with a long fishing line attached to it at the van, despite the fact that it is 2012. No one was injured in the incident.

Slippery Bandit Charged: According to a report from Bala Cynwyd Patch, a Philadelphia man has been charged with stealing $200 worth of soap in three days from the City Avenue CVS, Lower Merion police said. The man was observed shoplifting $95 worth of Dove soap before he was stopped by police.

Real-Life Bumper Cars: According to a report from Phoenixville Patch, police followed a Pottstown man on an early-morning car chase that included heading the wrong way on one-way streets, blowing several stop signs and colliding with 10 different parked cars before being apprehended.
