It's an eye-catching idea. Krapf's bus company, which contracts with the Tredyffrin-Easttown School District to provide school bus service to T/E students, is hiring.

To help spread the word this week, Krapf's parked a big yellow school bus with a giant white banner in the Devon Horse Show parking lot along Lancaster Avenue.

Why are they allowed to use the parking lot, that is a billboard and should be taken down. Is the horse show grounds in Easttown township? Does Bryn Mawr hospital know that the grounds are being used for a billboard.
