Olivia is a ten-year-old yorkie who serves as the 'official mascot' at Polka Dots (located by the Acme) in Paoli.
Susan Randels is Olivia's and Polka Dot's owner. She tells Patch that the pint-size pooch rules the roost. Randels says Olivia created a custom bed for herself one day by pulling scarves from a storage area and lying down in her self-made lap of luxury.
