Man Charged For Terrorizing Tredyffrin Victim
A 25 year old Wayne Man is charged with 25 counts after a two month investigation.

HARASSMENT/ TERRORISTIC THREATS
8/7/12 at 1618 hours – Derring Dale in Wayne. Police were called after the victims received several threatening and explicit voicemails from the actor. After a two month investigation of phone records and interviews, it was determined that Martel Jackson Bird, 25, of Wayne had placed the calls and was charged with 9 counts of Terroristic Threats and 16 counts of Harassment. Mr. Bird was processed and arraigned at Devon District Court on 10/16/12.

I had 5 - 8 years of hangups between 12 and 3 a.m. didn't realize that you can trace a number that is marked private - it can be done. Call your phone company and find out. I could have took him to court; but it was a private matter and realized the man had problems and just wasn't worth it. Never got them again. Did report to police and had meeting with him/lawyer ect.
