Since this is Independence Day, in recognition of the independents of the grocery world:
Redners is open their usual 24 hours
Produce Junction is open their usual 8 - 3 hours.
Kimberton Whole Foods isn't answering their phones, so apparently they are not open. But at least they should be included in any survey of groceries in the Phoenixville area.

To the 'what about' commenters - - It was great that he pulled this together for the surrounding areas and it is a very good list of stores that people actually GO to. Sorry your corner deli isn't listed. Next holiday, figure it out for yourselves.
