Former Sun Bank CEO and Wachovia Bank Vice President Walter Fesperman has passed away after a battle with colon cancer.

Fesperman, 80, of Paoli died peacefully at home on December 7, according to an obituary posted on Legacy.com

his career highlights included Vice President at Wachovia, CEO of Sun National Bank and Director at Robert Morris Associates.
