Police issued an alert via Montgomery County's ReadyNotify PA.

According to an alert provided by Montgomery County's ReadyNotify PA system, a 14-year-old girl who has been missing since Monday is now considered an "endangered" missing child.

Chelsea Ramsey-Jones, 14, of Philadelphia, has been missing since Monday, Jan. 14.

According to iRadioPhilly.com, she went missing after she did not return home after a day of school at Barry Elementary School. She is a resident of the 100 block of North 60th Street.

Anyone with information should contact the Philadelphia Police Department at 215-686-3183.

BlackAndMissingInc.com described Ramsey-Jones as "5’6” and was wearing a brown jacket with a fur collar, a red shirt, a black skirt and black tights."

A report on philly.com shows that Ramsey-Jones, who suffers from autism and congnitive development imparities, also went missing in January of 2011 from the same location.

Back in 2011, police considered Ramsey-Jones to be a "runaway."

"We’re still looking for her,” said Lt. John Walker, of Southwest Detectives to philly.com back in 2011. “We believe she’s staying with someone. We don’t know who she’s staying with. We believe someone is allowing her to stay with them.”

ABC6 confirms the 2011 missing report.
