Local Businesses Join Forces to Make First Community Day at Valley Forge Educational Services a Great Success

The first "Community Day" for Valley Forge Educational Services (www.vfes.net) on May 19th welcomed more than 300 families, local businesses and Senator Andy Dinniman (PA Senate-District 19) to campus for a day of fun, music, food and sensory-friendly activities for children with special needs.

Over 50 local businesses contributed to Community Day festivities through in-kind sponsorships including food and beverages, and basket raffle donations.

“We were honored by the support of so many local businesses and Senator Dinniman on our first Community Day event. We look forward to building new relationships with local business and community partners as we strive to enhance the quality of life for families with special needs," said James Kirkpatrick, CFO/Acting CEO, Valley Forge Educational Services.
