Last September Taylor Mallory's sister, Margo, lost her life to cancer at the young age of 24.

To create greater awareness of the fight against cancer, St. Joseph's University Head Basketball Coach, Phil Martelli, has designated the Hawk's 'Coaches vs. Cancer' game on January 26, 2013, as the 'Hawks for Margo' game.

Because this will be a nationally televised game, the goal is to dress the student body in teal-colored 'Hawks for Margo' shirts. 

Donations are needed now to help finance the upfront purchase of the hundreds of shirts needed to make that happen.  The shirts will then be sold to support the cause. An appeal is made to all of the St. Joe's alumni in our area to help with a gift of any size prior to Jan 20, 2013.
